摘　　要：大众化的高等教育 ,应树立新的教育观、管理观。高校应树立“以生为本”、“以师立校”的理念 ,确立学生的主体地位和教师的主导地位 ,发挥教师的积极性、主动性、创造性 ,引导学生自主选择、自我教育、自我提高 ,以适应社会需要和学生、教师与学校的长远发展。With the popularization of higher education, we shall build up the brand new concepts of education and management. It is necessary to build up students oriented and teacher centered ideas, exert all the teachers' positivity and creativity, guide the students to choose, educate and develop by themselves to meet with the requirements of the society and the long range development of the student, the teacher and the college.
