摘　　要：班主任是全班学生最直接的教育者 ,良好的班主任形象将对学生产生较大的正面影响 ,从而有利于学生身心健康发展 ,有利于班级工作的组织展开。笔者从班主任形象的重要性、班主任形象的内在基础以及班主任形象的塑造三个方面 ,阐述了班主任应增强形象意识 ,加强内在涵养 ,塑造有魅力的自我形象。Form master is the direct educator to the students. The good image of form master will bring very great positive influence to the students and will help the students to develop in a healthy way, and is favorable to organize and develop class business. This text puts forward my own view from importance, inherent foundation and the molding the image of form master.
