回盲部肿瘤中表皮生长因子受体的表达及其对预后的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨表皮生长因子受体在回盲部肿瘤中的表达和对预后的影响。方法:应用免疫组化法检测回盲部 肿瘤中表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达,结合随访结果分析EGFR对预后的影响。结果:29例回盲部肿瘤患者中,EGFR阳 性表达率为51.7%(15/29)。随访5年,EGFR阳性表达患者8例死亡,存活7例;EGFR阴性表达患者2例死亡,存活12例。 EGFR阴性表达者平均生存时间要长于EGFR阳性表达者,且两者差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:EGFR的阳性表达与患者的 预后有一定的关系,可以作为回盲部肿瘤患者预后判断的一个参考指标。Objective:To investigate the expression of EGFR and its significance to the prognosis of ileocecus tumor.Methods:We applied immunohistochemistry technique to detect the expression of EGFR in the tumor of ileocecus,and analyzed its significance to the prognosis in combination with the follow-up survery.Results:The expression rate of EGFR was 51.7%(15/29) among 29 cases of ileocecus tumor.7 cases survived among 15 cases that expressed EGFR,while 12 cases survived among 14 cases that didn’t express EGFR.The patients that expressed EGFR survived longer than the patients didn’t express EGFR,and this discrepance is very notable (P<0.05).Conclusion:There are some relationships between the expression of EGFR and the prognosis of the patients suffering from ileocecus tumor,and EGFR can be an index to estimate the prognosis of the patients.
