模式识别在生物固体发酵技术中的应用

摘　　要：本文首次应用计算机模式识别技术,对啤酒糟固体发酵工艺进行优化,找到模式优化区。并在该区域内选择实验点进行工艺实验,证明优化结果可靠,模式识别可应用于生物固体发酵领域。In present paper, the computeried pattern recognition method was used to optimize the solid-state fermentation (SSF) process on wheat dregs, and the optimal region was also distinguished. The experiments were done under the conditions correspond with the points located in the pattern region. That proves the pattern recognition was effectively to optimize the fermentation process and the result was reliable.
