摘　　要：如何把青年大学生培养成为品德高尚、全面发展的栋梁之才,是新时期高校共青团工作的重中之重。笔者结合多年从事基层共青团工作的经验,着重从育人、管理、服务三个方面展开了论述。The work that how to foster undergraduates to be talent is the most important for the Communist Youth League work in University today. Emphatically, the writers discuss it from the aspects of education, management, service according to the experiences about the basic work of the Communist Youth League for many years.
