摘　　要：本文构建了市场中职业经理数量统计指标体系和职业经理收入统计指标体系,并利用指数平滑移动法对职业经理市场收入进行了预测分析,同时对职业经理市场供求关系进行了探讨。The paper constructs the indexes system of the statistics of the quantity and the professional manager's earning of a professional manager market,and using index smoothing and moving method to predict the manager's earning in the manager market;the paper studies the relationship between supply and demand.
