摘  要:目的:观察壳聚糖膜在动物非穿透性滤过手术中应用的组织反应以及降眼压效果等。方法:壳聚糖 膜来源于雪蟹壳。选取标准新西兰白兔20只40眼,雌雄兼用,称重编号,单眼行NPFS联合壳聚糖膜植入作为实 验组(A组),另眼单纯行NPFS作为对照组(B组)。术后观察眼压、炎症反应、结膜滤泡等。并分别于1周,4周,8 周、12周、20周取标本行组织学检查。结果:术前两组眼压无显著性差异(P>0.05)。不同时间点两组术后眼压与 术前眼压均有极显著性差异(P<0.01),两组术后20周实验组眼压(1.53±0.23)kPa对照组眼压(1.97±0.34) kPa有显著性差异(P<0.05)。A组20周植入物部分吸收,植入材料有断裂现象,无明显纤维组织增生,B组组织 结构基本恢复正常,稍有紊乱。结论:壳聚糖作为非穿透性滤过手术的植入材料有良好的组织相容性、有一定抑制 纤维组织增生的作用,能够有效维持滤过,降眼压效果满意。Objective:To evaluate effects of chitosan membrane on nonpenetrating filtrating surgery (NPFS) in rabbits. Methods:Chitosan membrane extracted from shell of snow-crab was made. New Zealand albino rabbits were 20 cases (40 eyes) were divided randomly into 2 groups, and 20 eyes were used in group A and B respectively. The NPFS was performed in group A and B. Chitosan implant was used in group A. Clinical observation was performed including wound healing, inflammatory reaction, filtering and IOP. Pathological examination were taken from two eyes each group at 1,4,8,12 and 20 weeks, respectively. Results:During experiment, no obvious side effects were noticed in group A and B before surgery.But there were obvious different effects at 20 weeks,IOP was (1.53±0.23)kPa in group A and (1.97±0.34)kPa in group B. Pathological examination showed that the chitosan implant was well biocompatible . Partial fracture and absorption of chitosan implant was noticed at 20 weeks. Conclusion:Chitosan may decrease effectively IOP for animals and was suitable materials for NPFS implants.
