稻谷露天储存技术与品质变化规律研究报告

摘　　要：综合应用堆脚防潮、货台防鼠、芦席挂边、防护剂拌粮、机械通风和PVC双面涂塑革架空盖顶六项技术措施,建立稻谷露天储粮试验堆,按传统方式建立露天对照堆,选用房式仓常规储藏作为对照仓。从1990年10月进行了两年的贮存试验,进行了较全面的品质变化分析检测。结果表明:采用六项技术措施的露天储粮方法,能有效防潮、防虫、防霉、防鼠,且能较好地保持储粮品质,其综合储粮效果基本接近于房式仓的储粮效果,是缓解仓容不足,安全储存稻谷的有效可行措施,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。Six technical measures such as the dampproof method at the foot of grain piles, mouse protection on stack ,hanging up the reed mat at the edge, agitating grain with protec-tants, mechanical aeration and using PVC leather painted with plastics on both sides as a stiff cover were utilized comprehensively. A testing pile of outdoor paddy storage was built . A contrast pile outdoors was set up according to a traditional way. And a granary bin by normal storage was chosen as a contrast bin . Two years' preservation tests have been carried out and all-round analysis and checkout of quality changes have been also carried out since Oct. , 1990. The result shows that the previous six technical measures for paddy storage outdoors are very effective in preventing moisture, insects, mold growth, mice and can keep grain stoage quality well. The comprehensive grain storage efficiency of the six technical measures can basically approach the grain storage efficiency of a granary bin and the previous six measures are effective and feasible ones for mitigating the lack of storage capacity and storing paddy safely. And the six measures possess remarkable economic and social benefits.
