摘　　要：用模型论的方法,构造出了由一个非空集X生成的自由BCH-代数;证明了唯一性定理;给出了BCH-代数的张量积的概念;证明了BCH-代数张量积的存在性和唯一性。The method of model theory is adopted to construct a free BCH-algebra generated by a set X and the theorem of uniqueness is proved. Then the tensor product of BCH algebras is defined and the existence and uniqueness of tensor product of BCH-algebras is proved.
