摘  要:采用不同剂量的60 Co r射线辐照秀珍菇进行贮藏保鲜试验 ,结果表明 :常温下 2kGy辐照 ,并采用聚乙烯塑料袋分装 ,可以延长鲜菇的保鲜期约 10天。通过对维生素C和氨基酸含量的测定试验表明 :辐处理前后无明显变化。辐照灭菌与常规高温灭菌相比 ,秀珍菇鲜菇产量高于对照。菌丝在经辐照灭菌的培养料上生长快 ,污染率下降 。Studies on ()^(60)Co-γ irradiation of preservation of Pleurotus pulmonarius bad been carried out. The results showed that the optimum irradiation dose for stored Pleurotus pulmonarius which packed by PE was 2 kGy. With this dose, the preservation would prolong 10 days and the contents of vitamin C and amino acid in these Pleurotus pulmonarius had no significant change compared with unirradiated Pleurotus pulmonarius. Studies on ()^(60)Co-γ irradiation of wood chip compost also had been carried out. The results showed that their growth of hypha was faster, their sterilization was lower, their time of production was shorter and their quality was better after irradiating on Pleurotus pulmonarius compost.
