乙醇致眼畸形和骨骼发育迟缓的形态学观察

摘　　要：①目的　观察乙醇致畸后胚胎眼的组织学改变和骨骼发育异常。②方法　从建立的乙醇致畸鼠模型上选孕 13d胚胎 ,采用头部连续切片 ,苏木精 伊红染色观察眼的发育 ,整胚茜素红染色观察骨化中心出现情况。③结果　部分胚胎完全无视泡、视杯结构 ;部分胚胎可见残存的停滞在各种发育阶段的视泡、视杯残基 ;部分胚胎视杯形态异常。胚胎骨骼发育明显迟缓。④结论　乙醇可阻碍或延迟视泡和视杯的发生和发育 ,这是乙醇致胚胎眼畸形的形态学基础。Objective\ To study the morphological changes on alcohol induced eye defects and retardation of bone development. \ Methods\ On the animal model of alcohol induced teratogenesis,the golden hamster fetuses of 13 gestation days were continuously sliced and stained with H&E to examine the development of eyes. The whole fetuses were stained with Alizarin Red S to observe the appearance of ossification centers. \ Results\ Parts of the fetuses had no optic vesicle and optic cup at all,parts had residual bases of these structures which stopped in different developing stages,and parts had optic cup with morphological abnormality. The development of fetal bones in experimental groups was found significantly delayed. \ Conclusion\ Alcohol can prevent or delay the formation and development of the optic vesicle and optic cup, which is the morphological base of the alcohol induced eye malformation. Alcohol can cause retardation of bone development.
