摘 要:鉴于目前我国企业文化的理论与实践在可操作层面的缺失,本文从强化的概念出发,对企业文化的强化管理进行了界说;同时,还给出了企业文化强化的方式、程序和原则。本文认为,企业文化的形成或变革实质上是一种学习的过程,惟有对企业员工符合企业价值标准的学习行为进行强化,企业文化才能得以巩固和发展。本文强调,建立和完善企业文化的强化管理机制,是企业文化建设具有科学性的重要保证。Because of the difference in the theory and practice of the culture of our native enterprises, this essay sets out from the view of strengthening concepts and giving definitions to the strengthening management of enterprise culture. Besides,the ways .programs,and principles of strengthening enterprise culture are also mentioned here. From the auther's view point ,the forming and reforming of the enterprise culture is the process of studying in esssence. Only when strengthen the studying behaviours of the enterprise staff, which are in conformity with the value criteria of the enterprise the enterprise culture can be consolidated and developed. This essay also emphasizes that an important guarantee for the scientific feature of the enterprise culture is to establish and improve the management mechanism of the enterprise culture.
