摘　　要：“银广夏事件”给证券市场带来了许多值得思考的问题 .文章从上市公司和中介机构的行为及市场信用等方面对防范和化解金融风险进行探讨 ,并提出个人的一些见解 .The event of 'Yinguangxia' has elicited many reflections on the Chinese securities market. This paper analyses the behaviors of the public companies and intermediary organizations and the credit of the securities market ,and then proposes several solutions to the prevention and reduction of financial risks.
