摘　　要：　用BOT方式吸引民间资本参与高校产业发展,一方面有利于缓解高校产业建设资金不足的矛盾,加速培养高校的经营管理人才;另一方面也有利于拓宽民间资本的投资渠道,引导民间资本的投资方向。Civilian capital's entering the universities' industry development by BOT makes for alleviating the contradiction of universities' capital shortage,accelerating the cultivation of management executors.It is also favorable for extending the investment source of civilian capital,guiding the investment direction of civilian capital.
