摘　　要：本文介绍了对CPU类超大规模集成电路 (VLSI)首次进行的EMP效应的敏感性模拟试验 ,并简单描述了电磁脉冲方波注入对This paper introduced the first time simulative test which is about the susceptibility of EMP(Electro Magnetic Pulse) effect for VLSI of the CPU,and,in brief describing the disturbed phenomena of the 80c86 CPU because of the electromagnetism pulse square wave infusion.
