摘 要:目的 探讨乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV)感染对HBsAg阳性携带者母亲及所生新生儿的遗传物质损伤情况。方法 用常规法培养淋巴细胞 ,对 2 0例无症状HBsAg携带者母亲和 2 0例正常对照组女性的姐妹染色单体互换 (SCE)频率和染色体畸变频率及其新生儿的染色体畸变频率进行了分析。结果 HBsAg携带者的SCE频率明显高于正常对照组 ,差异高度显著(t =3.170 ,P <0 .0 1) ,HBsAg携带者的染色体畸变频率也明显高于正常对照组 ,差异显著 (t =2 .319,P <0 .0 5 ) ,新生儿的染色体畸变率在两组间则差异不显著 (t=0 .2 14 ,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 HBV感染可导致HBsAg携带者的遗传物质不稳定 ,但对新生儿的遗传物质损伤还不明显。Objective: To investigate the damage to the genetic material of the HBsAg positive mothers and their new-borns by the infection of hepatitis B virus(HBV). Methods: The lymphocytes from 20 asymptomatic HBsAg-carrying mothers and 20 normal control individuals and their new-borns were cultured with the routine methods.The frequencies of sister chromatid exchange(SCE) and chromosomal abberation of the mothers and chromosomal abberation of the new-borns were analysed. Results: The SCE frequency of the HBsAg carriers was significantly higher than that of the normal controls(t=3.170,P<0.01),the chromosomal aberration frequency of the HBsAg carriers was also significantly higher than that of the normal controls(t=2.319,P<0.05). The difference of the chromosomal aberration frequency between the new-borns was not significant(t=0.214,P>0.05). Conclusion: The infection of HBV may cause the instability of the genetic material of the HBsAg carriers,but the damage to the new-borns' genetic material is not obvious.
