WTO给中国高等教育带来的深刻变革

摘　　要：WTO对中国高等教育的影响,已经成为教育界甚至全社会普遍关注的问题。在介绍了WTO的基本宗旨和原则的前提下,分析了WTO对中国高等教育的冲击,主要表现在高等教育的市场化、办学主体的多元化以及人才培养目标的新要求等方面。提出了为适应WTO所带来的深刻变化,中国高等教育必须首先在教育观念上更新;在教育法规、高等学校的学科设置、高等教育的教学模式以及教育结构和教育体系上,作出相应的修订、改革和调整。只有这样,中国高等教育才能在国际大环境下得到稳定、健康、快速的发展。The influence of WTO on China higher education has become a problem being universally concerned by the educational circles and the full society. On the basis of the introduction about the premise of basic tenet and the principle of WTO, this thesis concludes that WTO shows serious shock to China higher education in many ways such as the marketization at higher education, the pluralization of the main body running school and the new requirement of personnel cultivation target etc. This paper also puts forward that China higher education must firstly renew the concept in order to suit the deep change brought by WTO, and make corresponding revision, reformation and adjustment in the regulations of education and education structure and system. Only like this can China higher education get the stable and healthy and quick development under the international big environment.
