摘　　要：　知识管理是与知识经济社会相适应的一种管理理念和方法,它是通过管理知识资源和人力资源,使组织内部的知识资源加强交流,其目标是知识创新和知识共享。本文从图书馆知识管理的认识入手,探讨了图书馆知识管理体系的主要职能、基本框架、核心内容和人力资本。Knowledge management is a new concept adapted to our knowledge economy society,which can promote the communication of knowledge resources inside an organization by managing knowledge innovation and share.This paper discusses the main function,basic frame,core contents and human resources of library knowledge management system in terms of the understanding of library knowledge management by the author.
