摘　　要：在讨论以实时数字传输为目的对雷达PPI图象进行分割、采样、压缩和编码的基础上，分析实现雷达图象、数据和话音综合传输所需要的数据传输模式、帧结构设计和复接分接技术，提出了用PCM－E1帧结构综合传输这三种信息，并简要介绍这一系统的组成和工作原理．On the basis of dividing, sampling, compressing, as well as encoding the radar PPI imagefor a real-time digital transmission, this paper analyses the desired data transmission mode, frame design andmultiplexing schemes for the synthesized transmission of radar image, data and voice, and proposes the PCME1 frame to serve the purpose. It also gives out the system composition and operating principle, brieny.
