摘　　要：为反映高校在读硕士研究生的身心健康状况,对全国40所高校的在读硕士研究生进行了心理、体质两方面的测试。在此基础上,汇制成高校在读硕士研究生身心健康评价标准并研制成研究生身心健康评价监测系统,为有关部门对研究生身心健康进行评价与监测提供参考标准和工具,以期为高校在读硕士研究生进行健身、健心锻炼提供科学的依据。In order to reflect the condition of mental and physical health of the postgraduate students,the authors gave them a test in their mentality and physique. Appraisal and monitoring system of the mental and physical health of the postgraduate students was compiled in order to provide references for the future appraisal and monitoring.
