摘　　要：Alzheimer病(AD)患者的血管和血流动力学改变逐渐成为研究的热点。越来越多的证据使人 们对AD患者的神经变性及其与脑血管病变的因果关系产生怀疑:脑血管损害究竟是神经变性的原 因还是结果?文章对血管因素在AD发病机制中的作用进行了综述。The changes of vessel and hemodynamics in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) have gradually became a hot spot. Increasing evidence has made people suspect the causality between neural degeneration and its cerebrovascular lesions in patients with AD. Is cerebrovascular injury the cause of neural degeneration or the outcome? This paper reviews the effects of vascular factors on the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease.
