摘　　要：本文从高职所处的社会地位，论述了高职教育必须符合素质教育的要求，与高等普通教育是相互联系、互为补充。提出了完善高职教育建议，必须要加大投入，改革专业设置和完善高职教育体系。Based on the social position of vocational higher educaton, this paper discusses the point that vocational higher education must accord with the demand of quality education and it is connected and mutually complementary to normal higher education. The paper also puts forward some suggestions that more input be given, that the specialties offered be reformed,and that the system of vocational higher education in existence be improved.
