创新是21世纪大学生素质教育的根本要求

摘　　要：应试教育抑制学生的创新能力，也无法为大学生创新提供充分的实践场所与条件。现有的教材知识无法适应社会发展的需要，阻碍了大学生的创新能力。创新已成为大学生素质教育根本要求，创新素质教育的培养途径有改革基础教育，提高专业教育的质量，增强素质教育的综合性。为确保大学生具有正确的政治判断能力和文化鉴赏能力，具有与时俱进的意识，敢于接受新思想、新现象和新挑战，应开展大学生创业教育，营造激励创新精神的“软环境”。The education dealing especially with examination has restrained the students' ability of innovation. Nowadays, quality education for undergaduates could not supply adequate spaces and conditions of practice. The knowledge from textbooks could not adapt to the progress of society and has also heavily hindered the students' ability of innovation. However,innovation has become the essential requirement of quality education. The way to cultivate the students' ability of innovation lies in the reform of basic teaching, the improvement of the professional teaching and strengthening the integration of quality educatin.The students' correct judgement to politics and appreciation to culture should be ensured,their thoughts should adapt to the development of society and they should dare to accept novel ideas,phenomena and challenges. Thereby the teaching of establishment should be advocated and 'soft environment' to inspire innovation should be built.
