摘　　要：继续教育是在个体已接受某一层次教育的基础上进行的教育，它的实质是开发人力资源，逻辑地通过五个环节，把人们潜在的才能转换为现实的才能，实现人力资源的知识更新、技能更新和劳动生产率的提高，从而使人力资源从不适应状态过渡到适应状态，并且创造新的价值。Further education is based on a certain level of e du cation which a person has received,and its essence is to develop human resource s. According to five links logically human being's potential ability is transfo rmed into real ability,and the knowledge of human resources is renewed,and techniq ue is advaced,and productivity is improved. Accordingly,human resources are changed from unadapted state to adaptive state.Moreover,further education creates new value in human resources.
