摘　　要：通过对我国医药发展与继续教育关系的深入分析，本文阐述了继续教育对我国医药产业发展的重要性，并对高校教育体系的继续教育工作提出了一系列的相关建议，如继续抓好岗位培训，抓好执业药师的考前培训和长期性教育工作，以及通过学术报告开拓医药职工的视野等。 Due to the intimate relationship between the deve lopment of Chinese pharmaceutical industry and the continuing education in this area,this paper emphasizes the importance of the education, and hence giving out a series of suggestions to improve the continuing education managemen t in pharmaceutical science. For instance, the system should supply more in-service training,extensive pre-test training to pass the national examination for licensed pharmacists and continuing long-run education after they have got the licenses. If permitted, it should supply more pharmaceutical lectures to widen the field of vision of the professionals.
