成人高等教育的现存问题与发展策略研究

摘　　要：我国成人高等教育虽然取得了辉煌的成就，但存在着基础薄弱、办学条件差、管理水平不高、质量和效益较差、特色不明显、生源不足等问题，难以满足从业人员进一步提高学历层次和职业能力的需要，在与普通高等教育、高等职业教育、电视大学、网络学院以及即将进入的外国高等教育的激烈竞争中处于不利地位，面临着严重的生存危机与挑战。弄清成人高等教育存在的问题，总结成人高等教育发展的经验教训，提出有效的发展策略，对于成人高等教育的健康发展和不断壮大具有重要的现实意义。Although the higher adult education in China has a ch ieved great progress,it is weak in basis,poor in conditions,low in management,qu ality and benefit,and having no characteristics or enough students etc.It is not satisfying the needs of employees to increase their education and working abilities, and lies in an unfavourable situation in the competition with common higher edu cati on,higher vocational education,TV education,network college and foreign higher e ducation coming into China.It has a great imp ortant realistic significance to make clear the problems in higher adult educati on,summarize its developing experiences and put forward effective developing str ategy.
