摘　　要：目前，成教考试中存在着个别教师监考不力、考生试图作弊、考试内容、考试方法不适合成人学习特点等同题，为了提高成教教学质量，必须提高认识，加强管理，注重教风、学风建设，建立“试题库”，实行“教考分离”，改革考试方法等。At present, problems exist in adult educat ion such as, loose invigilat ion, cheating in the exam, and inappropriate content and method in exam. To impr ove the teaching quality, we must deepen our understanding, strengthen managemen t, emphasize style of teaching and studying, establish 'exam paper bank', seper ate teaching and testing and adotp other means of reform.
