摘　　要：教师职业实践课，现已列为体育教育专业的一门必修课，它是建立在教育教学理论基础上培训体育“师范生”教学技能的一门主要课程。加强对培训系统内各环节各要素的调控，突出教师主导作用，是提高培训效率的关键。 Teatchers' professional training course has been s et as one of the compulsory courses for physical education. It is based on teaching theories and it is a major course for developing teachi ng skills for the students of teachers colleges.To regulate every link,every fa ctor within the training system;to emphasize the guiding function of the teaehc rs are the keys to promote training efficiency.
