摘　　要：师资培训是高校人才培养模式改革成功与否的重要因素。高校人才培养模式改革对教师的知识结构、教育教学思想和教学方法等方面有着更高更新的要求。为适应高校人才培养模式改革，师资培训必须注入新的因素，有所突破，有所创新。Teachers' training is the important factor which eva luates the success of university talents training mode reform. Newer and high er demands of the teachers' knowledge structure, teaching and educational ideas a nd the teaching methods are required in the reform. Only the new breakthrough an d creation in teachers' training can accommodate to the university talents training mode reform.
