摘　　要：成人教育质量的提高关系到多种综合因素，是一项复杂的系统工程。本文重点阐述并探讨了在新形势下提高成人教育质量的四大途径，即加强教师队伍建设是关键，严格教学管理是基础，并要加强考试环节管理、重视教学质量，以真正确保提高成人高等教育的质量。The improvement of the quality of Adult H igher Education is a complic ated and systematic project which concerns various factors. Four effective ways of improvement under new circumstances are set forth and probed into in this pap er, including strengthening the teachers team, rigorously reinforcing teaching m a nagement, tightening the control of examination and devoting much attention to t he evaluation of teaching quality.
