水牛枯氏住肉孢子虫在水牛与黄牛体内的发育史

摘　　要：11头5～8月龄公水牛犊和2头7日龄黑白花奶牛犊,分别人工感染80～2000万个水牛源枯氏住肉孢子虫孢子囊,2头同龄公水牛犊不感染作对照。感染后12、22和32天在大、中、小血管和毛细血管内出现第一代裂殖体,32.86×16.43(19.08～46.64×12.72～21.2)μm,含100～450个裂殖子;32～46天在毛细血管和小血管内发现大量的第二代裂殖体,18.21×9.87(10.60～29.68×6.36～13.78)μm,含30～110个裂殖子;28～40天,第二代裂殖子出现于血液中或单核细胞内;46天初级幼包囊形成,78天部分包囊成熟,98天(黄牛)包囊成熟。Eleven 5 to 8 month old male buffalo calves and two 7×day old male Halstein calves were inoculated with 800000 to 20000000 sporocysts from feces and intestinal scrapings of dog pups ingested Sarcocystis cruzi infected buffalo muscles, euthanatized and necropsid on postinoculation day (PID) 12 to 98. Other two buffalo calves were kept under the same condition and used as noninoculation controls. The calves remained clinically normal PID 20 to 22, except for first fever, but from PID 32 appeared sevious disease to die accompaning 2nd fever (41.7℃). First generation meronts were noted in endothelial cell of arteries, arterioles, or capillaries of many organs of calves killed on 12, 22, 32 PID, espercilly on 32 PID. Mature 1st meronts, which contained 100-450 merozoites, measured 32.86x16.46 (19.08-46.64×12.74-21.27)μm. Second generation meronts, of which mature ones contained 30-110 merozoites and measured 18.21×9.87(10.6-29.68 × 6.36-13.78)μm, were observed in capillaries and arterioles from PID 32 to 46. Merozoites were found free in the blood and within laukcytes (monocyte), and many merozoites appeared multiplication between PID 28 and 40. Immature cysts detected in heart of Helstein calf died on 40 PID, and in heart, esophagus, tongue of buffalo calf died on 46 PID. Mature cysts noted in entire musculature of buffalo calf and Halstein calf killed on PID 78 and 98 respectively. No Sarcocystis in any stages were found in control calves.
