摘 要:目的 :建立固相微萃取 气相色谱法测定大蒜素注射液中大蒜素的含量。方法 :采用固相微萃取器在样品顶空瓶上空平衡吸附样品 ,在仪器高温下解吸附 ,采用毛细管柱、N2 为载气、氢火焰离子检测器检测。结果 :大蒜素浓度在 0 .5 0 0~ 2 775mg/ml范围内 ,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系 (r =0 . 9997) ,平均回收率99 12 % ,RSD 1. 11% (n =9)。结论 :本法由于测定大蒜素注射液中大蒜素的含量测定方法操作简单 ,结果准确 ,重复性好。AIM:To establish a solid phase microextraction/GC method for content determination of allitridum injection.METHOD:Allitridum injection was absorbed by solid phase microextraction and desorbed in GC at high temperature.The content of allitridum was assayed by capillary column and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID),using nitrogen as the carrier gas.RESULT:The standard curve of allitridum showed good linearity within the range of 0.500~2.775 mg/ml (r=0.999 7),the average recovery was 99.12% with RSD of 1.11%(n=9).CONCLUSION:The method was found to be simple,sensitive and accurate.It could be used for the content determination of allitridum injection.
