网络环境下企业技术创新过程组织策略选择研究

摘　　要：网络环境下技术创新活动节点的路径选择集大大拓展,而企业以何种方式完成创新活动,是其获取创新利润的关键。从环境、行业和企业自身等方面,对影响创新策略选择的因素进行了分析,建立了创新过程组织的策略选择模型,对网络环境下企业技术创新过程组织的策略选择和决策机制问题进行了分析。Under the network environment, enterprises have more and more choices in the process of organizing technological innovation activities. However, which way that enterprises selected to finish innovation is the key to gain innovation profit. innovation profit largely depend on what innovation strategies enterprises choose to complete their innovation activities. First, this paper analyzes the environmental factors, industrial and enterprises' factors which affect innovation strategies choice; It then provides a model on how to choose innovation strategies; Finally it comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to build a decision system, which constructed by internal and external factors, innovation activities and strategies state-space. In a word, the choice space of innovation strategies under network is characterized by dynamic contingence and then more fruitful.
