摘 要:目的 :采用高温氧分解—汞齐法快速测定水产品中的总汞。方法 :样品在氧气流里干燥、高温分解 ,产生的气体经净化后 ,汞被汞齐化器吸附 ,加热汞齐化器 ,并由原子吸收光度汁测量释放出的汞。结果 :实验结果表明 ,进样的汞含量在 0 5~ 60 0ng 的范围内 ,工作曲线的线性良好 (r >0 999) ,精密度 (n =6)和回收率分别为 1 7%~ 8 9% ,92 1%~10 4 9%。结论 :本方法与冷蒸气原子吸收光谱法 (CVAAS)和原子荧光光谱法 (AFS)相比 ,具有快速、简捷、可靠的优点。Objective:A method was established for determination of total mercury in aquatic products using thermal oxygenated decomposition-amalgamation-atomic absorption spectrophotometer Methods:The sample was dried and decomposited with oxygen in furnace The decomposited products were purified by catalyst,and mercury was selectively trapped by amalgamation Then the amalgamation was rapidly heated,and the mercury released was measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometer Results:The tests showed that the working curve had good linearity( r >0 999)in the total mercury range 0 5~600ng The precision was 1 7~8 9%( n =6)and the recovery rate was 92 1%~104 9% Conclusion:As compared with cold vapor atomic absorption spectrophotometer(CVAAS)and atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer(Ars),it is faster and simpler [
