摘 要:研究了灵芝子实体多糖和枸杞植物多糖复合对两种自由基体系的清除活性。结果表明 :灵芝多糖和枸杞多糖复合对羟基自由基 (OH·)、超氧阴离子自由基 (O2 -·)均有较强的清除作用 ,随着用量的增加清除效果增强 ,在同样的用量的情况下清除作用明显强于单种多糖的抗氧化作用 ,初步说明两种多糖的复合可以增强清除自由基的活性。The scavenging actions of the ganodorma lucidum and lycium chinensis polysaccharide compounds to two different free radical systems were studied. The polysaccharide compounds showed that obvious scavenging actions to hydroxyl free radical(OH·)generated by Fenton reaction and to superoxide anion(O 2-·)generated by a pyrogallol autoxidation system. With the increasing of polysaccharides contents, the scavenging actions increased.The scavenge actions of polysaccharide compounds were obviously stronger than anti-oxidative activity of single polysaccharide in the same content. It was concluded that the compounds of two different polysaccharides could enhance the scavenging actions to free radicals.
