摘　　要：确立一个科学、合理的培养目标,是高等教育人才培养取得成功的前提条件。人的全面发展成就了高等教育的终极目标,也阐释了新的时代背景下人才的科学内涵。Personnel training is a very important scientific objective of the of higher education. The paper expounds that men's all-round development is the ultimate objective of higher education, and then interprets the scientific meaning of all-round developed men.
