摘 要:以紫胶为原料,通过单因素及正交实验研究紫胶色素提取效率的诸多因素影响,结果表明:紫胶色素提取最佳工艺条件为粒度<1mm、料液比1∶12、浸泡温度60℃、浸泡时间6h、提取级数3级。Used as raw material, shellac was immersed with distilled water and lac dye was extracted. The effect of different factors on extraction of pigment with single and multiple factor tests were investigated. The optimum conditions were the granularity of shellac was less than 1mm, the weight of mixture was 12 times as large as that of the shellac and the pigment was extracted three times at 60, each step for 6h.
