摘　　要：在对信息时代企业CRM应用系统的实际需求分析的基础上,提出了一种基于Web的CRM应用系统技术支持平台解决方案,对系统平台架构、功能平台、开发平台设计及平台整合技术进行了探讨,可为企业构建CRM应用系统提供借鉴。A solution of the Web-based technology supporting platform of the CRM application system is presented according to the requirement analysis of the CRM application system in enterprises. The framework, function modules, developing tools and platform integration are discussed, which offers references to the construction of the CRM application system in enterprises.
