摘  要:利用AVL公司的FIRE软件对重型车用柴油机缩口直喷式燃烧室内的气体流动特性进行了数值模拟计算。引入涡流强度保持性的概念 ,计算分析了不同缩口直径对燃烧室内涡流强度保持性的影响。在此基础上 ,对不同缩口直径燃烧室进行了喷射系统参数的优化匹配试验研究。结果表明 :采用缩口直喷式燃烧室结构可有效组织燃烧室内的气流运动 ,并能与喷射系统参数进行优化匹配 。The flow field in the reentrant combustion chambers of automotive heavy-duty DI diesel engines were simulated by means of AVL FIRE software. In the analysis, the swirl intensity preservability was defined and the effects of combustion chamber reentrant diameter on the swirl intensity preservability were studied. Based on this, the optimizing tests for match between the fuel injection system and combustion chambers with different reentrant diameters were performed. Test results showed that the flow field in the diesel combustion chamber can be organized effectively by using reentrant geometry. Through optimized match between the fuel injection system parameters and geometric characteristics, the exhaust emissions from the diesel engine may be reduced obviously without penalty on engine power performance and fuel economy.
