摘 要:随着对地铁列车舒适性、平稳性要求的提高,有必要运用模态分析技术了解其结构动力特性,为车体结构的合理设计提供依据。B2型地铁车鼓形铝合金车体由大型中空挤压型材焊接而成。分三种工况采用有限元软件计算了车体在某一频域内各阶模态振型及其频率。结果表明,该车体满足动态设计要求,但应加强车顶与侧墙、侧墙与地板的连接强度,保证该部位焊接质量,以提高其疲劳寿命。Along with the higher and higher requirements for the cosiness and stability of subway vehicle, it is necessary to know better the dynamic characteristics of the car body through the modal analysis technology, so as to provide foundation for a rational structure design. The B2 passenger car body, which takes the form of a drum, is welded by large - scale hollow extruded shape of aluminum alloy. This paper analyzes the oscillation mode and the frequency of each modality during a certain frequency domain, which is carried through FEM program under three kinds of working conditions, the result shows that the designed car body conforms to the dynamic design standard. However, the authors argue, the fatigue life shall be improved through strengthening the connect intensity between ceiling and side wall, between side wall and bottom plate where the welding quality shall be further ensured.
