摘　　要：中国成为世贸组织的正式成员,企业面临着激烈的国际竞争。要变挑战为机遇,企业必须不断地进行创新。在企业的创新过程中,企业家处于支配地位。企业家必须发挥创新的主导作用,营造创新环境,鼓励创新;提高自身修养,带动创新;汇合各方力量,大胆创新。After China's admission to World Trade Organization, the enterprises are facing the fierce international competition. To turn challenges into opportunities, the enterprises must carry on innovation constantly. in the process of inovation , entrepreneurs are in a dominative position . The entrepreneur must give play to the leading role of innovation, build the innovative environment, and encourage innovation; Improve their self-caltivation and drive innovation; Converge various forces and be bold in blazing new trails.
