摘 要:对我国引种的南方湿地松进行了实验室模拟EMCC(延伸的改良连续蒸煮)深度脱木素蒸煮的研究。研究表明,EMCC蒸煮通过分级加入白液和在逆流段多次置换部分蒸煮液,比常规硫酸盐蒸煮具有更高的制浆选择性。当卡伯值相同时,与常规硫酸盐浆相比,湿地松EMCC浆具有相近的细浆得率、较低的粗渣率、较高的粘度、较低的有效碱消耗量,在相同的抗张指数下有更高的撕裂强度。Laboratory stimulated extended modified continuous cooking (EMCC) of pinus elliottii was carried out in this study. The EMCC process maintained a lower alkali concentration in the cook .It follows that less lignin will be dissolved in the active cook. To maintain a relatively uniform alkali concentration profile, alkaline solution are charged at various spots along the continuous cook. With the alkali concentration decreasing in a manner counter to the flow of the pulping mass. It was found that the EMCC process has a higher pulping selectivity than the CK process. Compared with CK pulp, EMCC pulp had less screening rejects, higher pulp viscosity, lower effective alkali consumption at similar kappa number. Improved strength properties were claimed for the EMCC pulp, when compared with CK pulp.
