摘　　要：本文运用社会学、心理学、生理学基本理论对体育游戏进行了分析研究，认为体育游戏特点鲜明，蕴含了诸多教育优势，具有健体、培德、育心、益智功能，是促进独生子女健康成长的有效手段。Based on the basic theories of sociology, psychology and physyology, sports activities have been analyzed and studied in this paper. The analysis shows that sports activities are full of distinctive characteristics and teaching advantages, with the functions of promoting all round development of morality, intelligence and physique. Therefore, they are effective to help the only child grow up healthy and sound.
