摘  要:我们应用Fourier分析的方法,对20例正常人和29例患者的TCD血流速度包络线进行了分析。发现脑动脉硬化组各级Fourier系数之和FP明显高于对照组,在Fourier系数频谱图上FP1、FP2较对照组升高,FP3~FP6较对照组降低,FP7~FP9无区别;偏头痛组Fourier系数与对照组无差异。在对血中CO2分压的反应性上.发现动脉硬化组FP上升较低,主要为FP2~FP4上升不够;而偏头痛组FP上升较多,主要为FP1~FP4以及FP8上升较高。通过Fourier分析,我们可以把脑动脉硬化和偏头痛分别与对照组区别开来,并且能够说明在脑动脉硬化时脑血管舒缩功能的储备情况。We performed Fourier analysis of cerebral blood flow velocity waveform envelop in 20 normal subjects and 29 patients, consisting 22 hypertension cerebral arteriosclerosis and 7 migraine. Measurements were obtained under conditions of nomocapnia and hypocapnia. In the nomocapnia, the cerebral arteriosclerosis group showed significantly higher sum of Fourier coefficients, higher FP1,FP2 and lower FP3-6. There was no difference between the migraine and the control. In the hypocapnia, the cerebral arteriosclerosis group had less increasing sum of Fourier coefficients than the control, mainly due to increasing FP2-4 insufficiently: in migraine the sum of Fourier coefficients raised excessively, owing to increasing FP1-4 and FP8 extremely. By Fourier analysis we could distinguish the cerebral arteriosclerosis and the migraine respectively from the control and assess the reserve of cerebral vasoconstraction and vasodilation in cerebral arteriosclerosis.
