摘  要:本实验用毛锌、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,对用含锌和蛋白质饲料喂养的幼鼠的锌营养状况进行评价,并对其敏感性和可靠性进行了探讨。结果表明;毛锌、AKP和SOD活性对长期单纯锌缺乏的诊断有意义,且血清AKP活性可反映较短期的缺锌状况。毛锌与SOD在因摄入蛋白质低而致的锌缺乏时,各组动物无显著差异,而血清AKP却显著升高,其原因尚待探讨。In this paper the sensitivity and reliability of hair zinc con- tent and activity of alkaline phosphatase (AKP)and superoxide dismutase (SOD)for evaluating of zinc nutritional status were studied in rats fed the feed containing different level of protein and zinc. The reults showed that the hair zinc content and the activity of AKP and SOD are reliable for diagnosis of zinc defi- ciency in rats suffering fyom simple zinc deficieny longed a longer period, and in addition the activity of AKP even more reflect the zinc deficiency in short time. There are no signifi- cant differncrs in hair zinc content and SOD activity in zinc de- ficiency suffering from fed low level of protein, but the activity of AKP was high in this condition and it is reason of this situa- tion has yet unknown.
