摘　　要：师范院校体育课考试应注重“技术评定”分 ,使学生更好地掌握和理解正确的运动技术。技评与达标相结合 ,促进技术学习与身体素质发展是提高师范生综合素质的途径之一 ,是“素质教育”的需要。The evaluation of skills should be stressed on in the P.E. class examintation in Teacher's universities or colleges. “sport craftsmanship judgement proportion grades,” which is favourable for students to grasp and learn correct sport skills better. To combine skill judgement with basic results and to impel student's skill learning and physical quality development are the ways to develop the synthesize ability of students in teacher's universities or colleges which is also the need of “quality education.”
