摘　　要：应用运动评分法(MAS)评测120例脑卒中偏瘫患者的运动功能,并与Barthel指数评分法及临床神经功能缺损程度评分法进行相关分析。结果表明,MAS法与Barthel法在总分及轻、中、重分型上均高度相关,γ值分别为0.80、0.89,P值均小于0.001,支持MAS法对评测脑卒中偏瘫运动功能的有效性。结果还表明,MAS法及Barthel法分别与神经功能缺损程度,如上肢肌力与上肢功能,手肌力与手的运动及精细活动、下肢肌力与步行能力均高度相关。MAS法是一种较好的定量评测脑卒中偏瘫运动功能的方法。The purpose of this paper is to check the concurrent validity and feasibility of the Motor Assessment Scale(MAS). 120 patients were evaluated with the MAS, the Barthel Index and the Degree of Deficit of Neural Function(DDNF). The correlation between the total scores on the MAS and the Barthel Index was 0.89. These high correlations provide support for the validity of the MAS. The MAS was a brief and easily administered assessment for stroke patients. The significance of the muscle strength test for stroke patients was discussed.
