脑活素对大鼠海马缺血再灌注损伤的影响

摘  要:本文通过结扎大鼠两侧颈总动脉30min后再8灌注1小时,造成海马缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察脑活素对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响。海马缺血再灌注时超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)Na^+-K^+ATPase,Ca^(2+)—ATPase的活性均降低;丙二醛(MDA)含量增高;预防性应用脑活素可以明显增加总抗氧化活性,降低MDA含量。结果提示脑活素具有抗氧化作用,对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。In order to observe the influence of cerebrolysin on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats,the animal model was established by ligaturing both sides of arteria carotis communis for 30 minutes followed by reperfusing for one hour. The activity of SOD, general anti-oxidation, Na+-K+ATPase, Ca2+-ATPase were reduced and the content of MDA was increased when rats were inthe condition of hippocamp ischemia-reperfusion. If cerebrolysin was used for preventive prurpose,the activity of SOD, Na+-K+ATPase, Ca2+-ATPase, Ca2+-ATPase and general anti-oxidation then could be increased remarkably and the content of MDA could be reduced. The results suggested that cerebrolysin might play an important role in anti-oxidation and have protective effect on Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
