零截尾Poisson分布和零截尾负二项分布的参数估计及其应用

摘　　要：本文给出了零截尾Poisson分布和零截尾负二项分布的特征值,并利用Newton-Raphson迭代给出了两种分布参数的矩估计与最大似然估计。应用这两种分布分别配合了零截尾的肝癌家族分布的资料,探讨了肝癌的家族聚集性。In this paper, Zero-truncated Poisson distri- bution and zero-truncated Negative Binomial distribution were introduced. The eigenvalue, expectation and variance of these two truncated distributions were deduced. likelihood estimator of parameter of zero-truncated Negative binom- ial distribution was obtained by means of Ncw- ton-Raphson iteration. Applying these two tru- ncated distribution in fitting a zero-truncated data set of liver cancer, we got the result that liver cancer is of family aggregation.
