摘  要:本文对麦草 AS-AQ 法蒸煮中甲酵、乙醇、丙醇等低沸点有机溶剂的作用进行了研究.结果表明,在有机溶剂用量为10%~40%(体积比)的范围内,三种有机溶剂都有明显的提高碳水化合物保留率和加快脱木素的作用,并且随着用量提高,效果增强。在本实验条件下,从总体效果看,三种溶剂的蒸煮促进作用为甲醇>乙醇>丙醇.还对甲醇在 AS-AQ、KP 和 AP(烧碱)-AQ 法蒸煮中的作用进行了比较.The effects of low boiling point organic solvents(e.g.MeOH,EtOH,PrOH)on AS-AQ process for wheat straw were studied.The results obtained indicated that:when charges of organic solvents were in the range of 10% -40%(volume percentages),preservation in carbohydrates and accelerated delignification were significantly ob- servable for all three solvents.Such effects tended to increase with increased charges of organic solvents.Experi- mental digestions of wheat straws were carried out under the following conditions:chemical charges of Na_2SO_3 9% and NaOH 3%(all expressed as NaOH),liquor ratio 1:6,10 mins at a maximum temperature of 160℃.Under such experimental conditions,it was found that the effects of the organic solvents were in the order of MeOH>E- tOH>C_3H_7OH.Extending the time at temperature to 40 rains indicated that similar effects were being observed for all three organic solvents.The effects of MeOH on AS-AQ,KP and AP(soda pulping)-AQ cooking were also be- ing studied.The results obtained indicated that within the range of 10%-40% MeOH charges,more carbohydrates were being preserved and lignification was speeded up in all three cooking processes,with AS-AQ cooking being the best.When MeOH charge was 40%,excellent results were obtained with the KP process,with a pulp yield ap- proaching that of the AS-AQ process,and the kappa number of the KP pulp was smaller than that of AS-AQ pulp.
